Our Return & Exchange Policy

If you're not happy with your purchase, we want to make it right. You can return or exchange your item at any for up to 30 days after purchase (date shipped for online orders). 

  • Product must be in good condition and watches unworn, unaltered, and  accompanied by the original packaging, warranty and instructions. 
  • Returns and exchanges are not allowed on special ordered furniture, custom designs, gift cards and merchandise received via the Furniture Replacement Plan.
  • All refunds are credited to the same tender as the original purchase.
    • Credit and Debit Cards - The same account will be credited.
    • Gift Card - Refunds will be given in the form of a new gift card. Gift cards cannot be returned (except where required by law*).
    • Trade-Ins - You will receive either your original trade-in or similar merchandise. 
  • We will credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges.

CLEARANCE PRICING POLICY - Ticketed prices refer to the original ticketed price of the merchandise and may not have resulted in sales. Intermediate markdowns may have been taken down before the clearance prices shown. Clearance merchandise may have been included in previous promotions. Clearance prices are available for as long as inventory exists.  


Preparing Your Return By Mail

To return a shipped item to, please follow these steps:

  • Indicate the reason for your return in the Return Reason column on the packing slip next to the item you're returning.
  • Include the packing slip and all original documents in the package.
  • Put the pre-printed return label on the center of the box, and the pre-printed return address label on the top left corner of the box. This is not a pre-paid label.
  • Ship your package with a paid return label and insured for the full purchase price. This return label can be purchased at any UPS, FedEx or USPS package delivery provider.
  • Your packing slip MUST accompany the return.
  • All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before we can process a refund.
  • Processing time for refunds is approximately five (5) business days from the date of the return. The refund will be generated at the time the return is processed, but the timeframe for it to reflect as a credit on your card is dependent on your individual financial institution. However, most are reflected in 5-7 Business Days. isn't responsible for merchandise that's not received or not returned in accordance with these terms.
