When will my order ship?

We ship orders from our warehouse Monday through Friday. All orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive this email, or track your order by logging in and viewing “My Orders.” Domestic(U.S.) packages usually arrive within 5-7 business days. If you have not received your package within expected dates, please contact us at We will get back to you with a solution.

US Delivery Locations

Our delivery services are currently only available to locations within the continental United States. Overseas territories are excluded.

Delivery to the following states is not supported: PR, AK, HI, GU, AA, AE, AP.

Please note: we currently DO NOT dropship to PO Boxes.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, all orders have a 30 day return policy from the day it was delivered. Partial returns are also allowed. U.S. customers may receive a prepaid return label by emailing us at

Have you received my return?
